In this one month plan I will dig deep with you to address your health concerns and goals and build a plan to support your unique needs, lifestyle, wellness and self-care.
The plan includes in-depth recommendations of key foods to eat for optimal health, lifestyle and personalized and realistic self-care recommendations tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle and body, and supplement recommendations if necessary.
One week after our first consultation, we will have a second session to discuss your health plan and ensure that you feel supported to start your health journey. Each week, we will check in with each other to chat about your progress and continue to make adjustments to your plan until it feels comfortable and customized to you!
