I attended the Time for You: Self Care and Mindfulness workshop and absolutely loved it. It was my birthday and I went with my mom; it was a perfect day to take some time for me. Krystal is a great instructor and I learned a lot. I really enjoyed my time talking with other women about the importance of self-care, having yummy tea and snacks all in a beautiful and peaceful environment. I also really liked the meditation session at the end. I left the event feeling at peace as well are re-charged. I can't wait to attend another workshop . I highly recommend attending a workshop <3
